The Medical Tube Extrusion Machine Line Machine is a fully automated system equipped with a user-friendly PLC and recipe-based interface. Its integration of high-quality components ensures reliable and continuous operation, even in the most demanding and challenging environments. The pipe head can be customized to meet specific customer requirements and accommodate various design needs. Our latest generation high-speed SPVC medical tube extrusion line is capable of achieving stable production at an impressive speed of up to 150m/min.

A. Advanced Extrusion System

	EXTRUDER Extruder adopts high standard "SIEMENS" AC frequency or Servo motor with high performance direct connection reducer, with speed measure feedback, provides stable screw rotation output; Reducer with high standard torque input and output, enables the reducer to operate more stably and have longer service life. Electric control system is made of the components of high-leveled electrical elements, with accurate and stable output and temp control.; New insulation integrated resistance heater, with better safety protection and energy saving effect. Full SUS304 frame can be adopted if clients' require.
EXTRUSION MOULD Pin and die are made of S136 mold steel material. Structure of mold adopts "high pressure volumetric type", can provide stable and high-speed extrusion for the tube material with tiny fluctuation. The interventional catheter mold adopts advanced precision CNC machining technology to meet the ideal molding of various multi-lumens tubes and catheter whose diameter range is less than 1.0mm.
	VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK With the new "accurate control of weak vacuum" technology: vacuum and water system controlled separately. Coordinate the multilevel water balance control system with vacuum system, ensures stable vacuum degree, stable water level and water flowing; High position water tank provides constant pressure water with stable flow for sizing tooling; Vacuum degree control adopts a more accurate way to achieve +/-0.1 Kpa level control accuracy through precise execution valve and digital display feedback table; Through precision proportional valve and self-feedback vacuum instrument can realized precise adjustment of "weak vacuum"; Vacuum control and display are integrated in HMI.
ONLINE DIAMETER MEASUREMENT High-speed scanning diameter measuring system, which can realize on-line monitoring of product diameter value, ovality value, product size curve display, etc., and measurement accuracy is ± 0.001mm; Ultrasonic wall thickness measurement system accurately measures and graphically displays thickness of each layer of product; Form a feedback control system with extruder and puller to correct fluctuation of tube outer diameter on line; Product inspection data statistics in production process can generate historical data tables to provide traceability control of production process.
	SERVO DRIVEN PULLER & CUTTER Multi-layer composite high-quality wear-resistant material traction belt (in line with medical and health requirements), high-level and precision roller wheel, precision direct drive. The puller for high speed production line is driven by two SERVO motors which is directly connected precision planetary reducer, can ensure the long and stable use at high speed. Maximum line speed is up to 300m/min. High performance SERVO system, offers rotary fly knife cutting with high speed and high accuracy. Quickly sleeve locking & changing design, easy to operate guiding.
AUTO DAUL COILER Double position. Laser tension control. Automatic wire arrangement. Automatic counting. Reel or Without Reel both available. According to customer needs, we can use our company's proprietary design of precision constant tension PLC program control servo traversing system, to achieve neat winding without crossing effect.
