PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HDPE pipe manufacturing machine is primarily used in the manufacturing of PE pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 1600mm. The various thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation. It also excels in the production of anti-flammable and anti-static electricity pipes using a two or three layer spiral mould for use in mining industries. Pipes produced feature even wall-thickness and perfect roundness. Through switching or adding certain part of machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of various other kinds.

	MAIN MOTOR (AC) Feature: Extruder adopts high standard "SIEMENS" AC frequency or Servo motor with high performance direct connection reducer, with speed measure feedback, provides stable screw rotation output
	EXTRUSION MOULD Feature: Extrusion head with spiral structure, make sure the melt in side distributed evenly so as to achieve best plasticization. Calibrator design with water ring which is easy to clean, to achieve better cooling and then fast forming.
	GEAR BOX   Feature: Mainly we use the best brand in China-CHENGBRAND. While if the client has special requirement, we can also use ZAMBELLO, REXNORD, FLENDER and some brands from Tainwan.
	VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK Feature: Advanced pipe line layout design and adjustable spray angle for better cooling effect, dense pipe line in the first zone for fast cooling. It is equipped with flowmeter, pressure protection system, water level control, temperature control drainage, water inflow control.
	HAUL-OFF MACHINE Feature: For the different pipe size and different speed requirement, we develop kinds of haul-off unit accordingly. Optional to choose multi-belt haul-off unit with wide speed range. Each belt is controlled by independent motor, optional servo motor guarantee speed uniformity.
	CUTTING MACHINE Feature: Cutter is synchronously controlled by servomotor to make sure precise cutting length. It is adopting universal clamp.
